Privacy Policy

Version 2026-09-25

How PERSO (Robin Scheiwiller, sole proprietorship, Am Oeliweiher 2, 8625 Gossau ZH, Switzerland) handles personal data when you visit getperso.com or use PERSO, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR.

1. Who is responsible

Robin Scheiwiller, sole proprietorship, Am Oeliweiher 2, 8625 Gossau ZH, Switzerland. Contact for anything about your data: privacy@getperso.com.

For the data of prospects and contacts that a customer processes with PERSO, the customer is responsible, and PERSO processes it on the customer's behalf (see section 6).

2. Visiting the website

When you visit getperso.com, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it. Your country is read from the IP address to show prices in the right currency. Visits to the public pages are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. PERSO uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Your PERSO account

When you register or are invited, PERSO processes your name, work email address, company, password (stored only as a hash) and the settings you choose, to provide your account. One cookie keeps you signed in. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, PERSO receives your name and email address from them.

When you connect a mailbox, LinkedIn account or CRM, PERSO processes what it reads there to provide the service, as described in the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.

The legal basis is the contract with you or your employer, and PERSO's legitimate interest in running and securing the service.

4. Who receives data

Only the providers PERSO needs to run the service, listed in the Data Processing Agreement, some of them in the United States. Transfers there are protected as described in that agreement. PERSO does not sell personal data.

5. How long

Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted within 30 days after it ends, unless the law requires it to be kept longer (for example invoices, ten years under Swiss law). Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

6. If you received a message written with PERSO

The company that wrote to you decided to contact you and is responsible for your data. PERSO processes it only on that company's behalf. Please address requests to the sender; if you write to PERSO, we pass your request on to them without delay.

7. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy in a common format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the contact address above. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to a data protection authority in the EU.

8. Changes

This policy may change when the service does. The current version is always on this page.
