PERSO gets to know them
It reads your CRM notes, the emails you already exchanged, their LinkedIn profile and what the web says about them and their company, and finds and checks their email address.

Questions, answered.
Does PERSO send anything without me?
No message leaves before you approve it. Steps that carry no message, such as a profile view or a like, run on their day without asking.
Is my LinkedIn account safe?
PERSO works from your own account and stays careful with it: daily limits per action, a slow start for new accounts, and actions spread out over the day. No tool can promise LinkedIn will never restrict an account; PERSO is built to stay well inside the limits.
Do I need an AI subscription of my own?
No. The AI is built into PERSO. You need no AI licence and nothing like an MCP connection to set up, so there is no second AI bill.
Where is my data?
The application and the database run in Frankfurt, and nothing is stored outside the EU. To write, PERSO sends what a draft needs to AI providers, some of them in the US, under EU standard contractual clauses. The privacy policy lists every provider.
Do I need a CRM?
No. PERSO keeps the history itself if you have none. HubSpot and Pipedrive connect today, Salesforce is planned. Existing customers are never put into a cold cadence.
Which mailboxes work?
Gmail and Outlook. Every email goes from your own mailbox, so replies land where you already read them.
Which languages does it write in?
The one each prospect answers in: German, French, Italian, English and more. PERSO picks it from what it knows about the person, starting with the languages on their LinkedIn profile.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. PERSO works with an ordinary LinkedIn account. Sales Navigator adds InMail, lead lists and some watchlist signals.
What happens when someone replies?
Everything else planned for that person stops, and PERSO drafts your answer for you to approve.
Can two colleagues write to the same person?
No. Colleagues in one workspace share the history, and PERSO keeps two of you from writing to the same person.
Why I built this.
I sell for a living. Well over a thousand first emails to finance and operations teams, in German, French and English. PERSO is built on the ones that got answered, so it writes the way I do, and it never sends anything I have not read.
